Three things we do, and do ourselves.

New houses, whole-house remodels, and the three trades that decide the finish. Nothing is subcontracted that touches what you will see every day.

Custom homes

Knock-down rebuilds and new houses on coastal plots, from the planning application to the day you get the keys. We work with three architects we trust or with yours.

  • Feasibility and a build cost before you buy the plot
  • Planning and coastal-zone conditions handled
  • Fixed programme, fortnightly reports
  • Typical build £2.4m to £6m, 14 to 18 months

Whole-house remodels

The 1960s house with the best view on the road, taken back to the frame and rebuilt around how you live now. New windows, new services, new roof, and a plan that lets you stay in part of it if you must.

  • Structural survey and honest advice on rebuild versus remodel
  • Phased works for occupied houses
  • Typical remodel £600k to £1.8m, 7 to 12 months

In-house windows, joinery and stone

Our workshop in Hamworthy makes the kitchens, staircases and wardrobes, glazes the houses and cuts the stone. It is why our finish is consistent and why we can fix things ten years on.

  • Aluminium and timber glazing rated for a salt coast
  • Kitchens, staircases, fitted furniture in oak, walnut and painted timber
  • Portland and Purbeck stone, cut and laid by us
